Welcome! As a GSM Clinical Academic, you are eligible to access a wealth of Library resources and services.

Access to online resources

Access to Library resources such as databases, online books and online journals is available using your UOW email username and password. (Those who haven't got a UOW email account can contact the GSM on (02) 4221 5367 to arrange access).

Access to UOW books

You can check the Library Catalogue to see which books are held at UOW Libraries. 

A valid UOW Library card is needed to borrow Library materials. You can join UOW Library by printing off this membership form. Please complete your details and return to me via the address listed under 'Contact Details' on this page. You will then be issued with a Library borrowing card.

If you are based in the Wollongong or Shoalhaven area, please visit your corresponding Campus Library in person for pickup and return of items.

For those based outside the (02 42) telephone code area, you can use off-campus Library services.

Please ensure that borrowed items are returned on time - overdue items will attract Library fines of $1 a day ($2 a day for recalled items). Please also ensure that the email address you provide is one that you access regularly as this will be the main way that the Library will keep in touch with you regarding Library notices.

Access to books/articles not held at UOW

You may need to access other Library materials, such as books or journal articles not held at UOW Library. These can be requested via the Library's Document Delivery service using this online form. If the material is available electronically, items will be delivered via the Web and you will be notified by email.
