How do I know which style I should use?
Check with your faculty/supervisor/editor about which referencing style you should use, such as UOW Harvard, AGLC, APA6 and Footnoting styles.

Downloading the UOW Harvard style for EndNote
Endnote software comes with many referencing styles. Some referencing styles however are not available and you will have to add these manually.
The Harvard style available in Endnote is different to the UOW Harvard style.
UOW Harvard will need to be added as an option to Endnote and this style is available from our Endnote Guide.
From the library website click on Help > Guides > Endnote >
Select 'Referencing styles' from the navigation menu on the left.
- Click on Australian Style manual UOW Harvard link (the dialog box will ask you to save a zipped folder)
- Click on the download zipped folder to open it
- Double click the file in this folder, this will open the new Style in Endnote.
- Click on File > Save As.
- Change the name of the file to something easy to recognise, like UOW Harvard. Click Save
- Close the Style window using the red cross at the top right of style window. The style will now be saved in the correct EndNote Style folder
- To check - open your Endnote library
- From the styles drop down box “Select another Style”
- Search for UOW Harvard then select it and click ‘Choose’
UOW Harvard is now your default style
