In July 2015, UOW College Hong Kong entered into a formal alliance with UOW Australia, enhancing the user experience with exchange programmes and overseas scholarships while offering UOW top-up degrees, granting even greater opportunities for UOW College Hong Kong graduates.
UOWCHK Libraries are located at two different campuses: Telford Campus and Kowloon City Campus.
Online facilities are available for connection to the electronic resources of the University of Wollongong Library. Millions of resources including over 450,000 ebooks, 260 databases, and over 90,000 electronic journals are available to all UOWCHK students.
The libraries also provide different rooms and facilities to support learning and teaching, including the Project Rooms, Discussion zone, Computer zone, Learning Commons, Printing Station, Audio-visual Equipment.
Use your UOWCHK student card or staff card to borrow from the circulation desk where staff will assist you.
Loan receipts and notifications are sent to UOWCHK student/staff email addresses. Check your library record for items borrowed, due dates and fines, how to renew items, and activate and view your reading history.
By borrowing from UOWCHK Library, you agree to comply with our Loans Policy.

Users can return items at the circulation desk during counter services hours. The book drop service is available in both libraries. Please handle library books with care when using the book drop.
Students can renew borrowed items online by logging into My Library Account, which contains information such as items checked out, items on hold, and due dates. After two manual-renewals, students will need to return the item.
All items will be automatically renewed twice for staff. After two auto-renewals, staff will need to manually renew the item if they wish to extend the loan period.
When renewing items, it will base the new due date on the current date.
Most items can be renewed online except if:
All loan items are subject to recall if requested by another user or recalled by the Library. The user will receive a recall notice via email if their loaned item is recalled. Their loan period will be shortened from the date of recall. A new due date will supersede all previous loan periods or due dates.
To avoid incurring overdue fines or suspension of borrowing privilege, check your library record regularly and return the recalled item from the date of recall or by the original due date, whichever comes earlier.
Failure to return any recalled items by the recall date will incur a fine.
Return the following items by the due time or date during opening hours to avoid being fined:
Check your library record to see any fines you may owe.
Fines can be paid in person at the service counter (by Octopus only).
Both Libraries offer a variety of study spaces such as Computer zone, Discussion zone, Learning Commons, and Printing Station. And some Project rooms are available for booking at Kowloon City Library.
