In July 2015, CCCU entered into a formal alliance with UOW Australia, enhancing the user experience with exchange programmes and overseas scholarships while offering UOW top-up degrees, granting even greater opportunities for CCCU graduates.
StartSmart is best done in the first three weeks of session. You will be introduced to the fundamental study skills you need to start your journey at UOW. Learn how to find great information for your assignments, understand how you can avoid plagiarism and develop better study habits to keep you on track.
StartSmart is compulsory for all commencing students.
Use SEARCH to find print resources, ebooks and online journal articles. To access online resources from the search results list, click on ‘Access electronically’ or download Full Text PDF.
Your UOW student ID card is your library card. Check your library record for fines, recalled items and overdue loans. You can also renew items and view the progress for print items you have requested from other libraries.
Borrow up to 10 items for 28 days. You can also place up to 2 holds on items already out on loan.
You will receive an email notification if any of the items you have borrowed are overdue. Overdue fines can be paid at the service counter (cash only).
Telford Library offers a variety of study spaces such as the courtyard, third floor open area as well as computer-equipped workstations and study cubicles.
