Sydney Business School Library

Located in Sydney, the  library provides access to collections and information services for Sydney Business School students and staff.

The Sydney Campus Library is a course focused business library. Holdings include course textbooks and recommended readings for all Sydney Campus subjects, as well as other business texts.The Library houses a core collection of University study materials in various formats, individual study places, and Internet access.

Electronic resources, such as databases and fulltext journal articles, are accessible from dedicated computer terminals within the Resource Room and from all terminals within the Computer Labs (located on level 9 and 18).

Library staff will provide assistance to students in locating and using information to support their studies.

For availability of collection items at Sydney please consult the University of Wollongong Library Catalogue. Remember to limit the location to Sydney Business School. Books can also be sourced from the Wollongong campus library through InterCampus Document Delivery


Sydney Student Assignment Writing Resources

  • Learning Development Support for Stdney Students  
    Sydney Learning Development lecturer Dr Ruth Walker
    Make an appointment to discuss your academic work. Consultations are free and generally last for 1 hr. It is wise to book a week ahead. The Learning Development lecturer will discuss your academic work with you and guide you towards effective learning and writing strategies. Consultations will be confidential. NB: This is a teaching service, not a proof-reading service.
  • Sydney Campus Students
    Learning Development consultation times will be available on days when the Learning Development workshops are running (check the current Intake schedule). Email Dr Ruth Walker at to make an appointment.
  • Unilearning
    This is a website with a wealth of information and interactive activities to help you think about, practice and develop your academic study and writing skills, such as note-taking, critical thinking, essay and report writing, punctuation and grammar.

    Explore the range of files on academic study matters, such as time management, note-taking, writing, avoiding plagiarism, preparing for exams etc. The documents are in Portable Document Format (PDF) format, for you to browse through, download onto your computer or print out from this site.
