What happens after I submit the open access version?

Once you deposit the open access version of your publication it will be reviewed by the Library team to ensure copyright and licencing compliance.

Provided copyright and licencing allows the version you provided to be added to an open access repository, the publication will be made available on Research Online.

In some cases, the version you provide may not be compliant with restrictions the journal or publisher has applied. If this occurs, we will work with you to find a version that can be included in Research Online.
