  • The following details are required for in-text and reference citations:
    • the name of the case
    • the year or volume number, or both
    • the page on which the report of the case begins
    • The name of the case is italicised.

Paraphrase

In the case of Mabo v. Queensland (no. 2) (1992) 175 CLR1, there a number of statements were read.
